Paul A Edwards FICBA FNAEAPaul Edwards, the Senior Partner and founder of Edwards and Partners, is a Fellow and Past President (1986-87) of The Institution of Commercial and Business Agents. He has 35 years experience in the caravan parks industry, during which time he has inspected in excess of 3,500 sites. He has served as a member of the National Park Homes Committee of The National Caravan Council. Paul is based in the Yorkshire office covering East Anglia, North Wales, the North of England and Scotland. |

Christopher M Tucker MRICS, FNAEA, FICBAChris Tucker is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Institution of Commercial and Business Agents. He is a Partner of Edwards and Partners with 27 years experience in the caravan parks industry, during which time he has inspected over 2,500 sites. He is the author of a book entitled ‘An Introduction to Caravan Parks’ and is responsible for preparing an annual Market Report on caravan park values, which is circulated throughout the Industry and associated professions. Chris is based in the Devon office covering South Wales, the Midlands, the South East and South West. |

William A Reynolds MRICSWilliam Reynolds is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 25 years experience across a wide range of commercial property, in both valuation and agency. He works alongside Senior Partner Paul Edwards in the Yorkshire Office and specialises in leasehold advice including rent reviews and renewals. William became a Partner of the firm in the summer of 2010 |

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and works from the Devon Office alongside Chris Tucker, carrying out a range of valuation and agency work. Chris was made an Associate Partner of the firm in the summer of 2010. |
