Expert Witness Reports
We have considerable experience in the preparation of expert witness reports for the courts in matters of litigation. In addition to establishing fair market value we have also commented on other relevant issues such as proposed developments, the apportionment of income and problems with access.
We are familiar with the format required for the preparation of reports for the court and in the appropriate Civil Procedure rules. This work is usually carried out by Christopher M Tucker MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with 27 years experience of the valuation of caravan parks of all types.
We are usually able to quote a fixed fee for the preparation of an initial report. Thereafter, any further work, including attendance at court, is charged at an hourly rate, plus expenses. The standard valuation report involves a review of the case history, an inspection of the property, examination of relevant documentation including Planning Consent(s), Site Licences, audited and/or management accounts etc. and the preparation and supply of a bound report in triplicate.
